Clothing your child couldn’t be easier- No Late Fees, No Due Dates, No Commitments!
We are a subscription based baby clothing rental service-We allow parents to sign up and start borrowing new and gently used clothing for their children on a monthly basis.
Signing up is quick and easy! Choose a Bundle Subscription, check out, create an account & answer a few questions- That’s IT!
1. Sign Up
To sign up for our service just choose one of our Bundle Subscriptions under the “Subscribe” tab. You will be directed to our secure checkout. At checkout you will be charged for the first month of the subscription you choose. When you’re done checking out, check your email for a message from The Bundle Borrow instructing you to create an account. After you finish creating your account you will be prompted to fill out a form providing us with a little information about your child. As soon as our team of stylists processes your information we will begin putting together and packing up a special Bundle just for you.
2. Anxiously wait for your Bundle to arrive
As soon as your payment is accepted, your registration is complete and our stylists receive your information your Bundle will be packed up and sent straight to your door in a reusable shipping bag. Shipping is FREE!
All our clothing is sent to you pre-washed and ready for your little one to wear! Enjoy the items as long as you want, you only pay your monthly subscription fee. When you get tired of the clothing or your little one grows out of them just pack them up in the reusable shipping bag and send them back to us using the pre-addressed, prepaid shipping label included in your Bundle. Then, log into your account, go to the “I’m Ready for My Next Bundle” section and tell us what you want us to send you in your next Bundle. As soon as we receive your returned Bundle we will start packing up a new Bundle of clothing to send to you. Picky child or parent? No problem! We allow you to exchange your entire Bundle for new styles or sizes. For a better understanding of exchanges please see the FAQ section.
If at any time you would like to send back just a few of your items in exchange for different sizes or you’d just like a few different outfits in-between your monthly billing cycle, you have the option of sending just those items back and keeping the others until you are ready to exchange them (Details Apply).
Canceling or pausing your membership: You may cancel or pause your membership at anytime
After your first Bundle arrives and you decide that you like our service you will be billed on a monthly basis (with an automatic withdrawal of funds on the day of the month that you initially signed up). You may cancel your subscription at anytime by emailing Sales@TheBundleBorrow.com. However, please allow us to attempt to correct any issues you have with the clothing; size, quality, style etc. We are here to help! Please review our Terms of Service for additional details. If you’d like to stop your membership for a month or two and start again at a later date, just let us know at the email above. You must return all borrowed items before you account is eligible for cancellation or pausing.
